With Interpersonal Therapy, we recognize the significant impact of our relationships on our mental well-being. We explore interpersonal patterns, communication styles, and attachment dynamics. By enhancing our relational skills and fostering healthier connections, we improve overall emotional satisfaction and interpersonal fulfillment.

Additionally, we utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address past traumas and emotional wounds. Through guided eye movements, we facilitate the reprocessing of distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge and freeing you from their negative influence. EMDR can help you overcome unresolved trauma and regain emotional balance.
